O lisboeta Pedro Proença é o árbitro do ano, sucedendo a Carlos Xistra. A notícia foi avançada ontem, dia 22 de Junho, e parece não surprender ninguém, pelo menos todos aqueles que acompanham o futebol com atenção e em particular a carreira de Pedro Proença desde há várias temporadas.
O juiz consegue aliar o bom acompanhamento das jogadas à segurança nas suas decisões. Em termos disciplinares é capaz de controlar um jogo com facilidade e impor respeito aos jogadores pela sua forma tranquila de actuar. Esta época foi o corolário de uma trajectória ascendente e consistente, com arbitragens de classe e com poucos erros.
Uma notícia que, para muitos, poderá ser pouco agradável, por diversas razões. Em primeiro lugar para o Benfica porque, após a desastrosa (talvez a única de Proença na temporada que passou) arbitragem no jogo dos encarnados contra o Penafiel, na 32ª jornada da SuperLiga, os responsáveis da Luz pediram para que o juiz nunca mais fosse nomeado para um jogo das águias. Paulo Proença como árbitro do ano acaba por ser uma derrota e uma machadada para Luís Filipe Vieira.
Do lado de quem quer arranjar desculpas fáceis para a derrota na Liga e para a conquista do campeonato por parte do Benfica, enfiando a cabeça na areia, acaba por ser uma distinção que deita por terra os já frágeis argumentos de um hipotético sistema de arbitragem que terá levado o Benfica "ao colo". Seria pouco credível que um clube que controlasse um dito sistema de nomeações deixasse, à 32ª jornada (em plena decisão do título), que um aparentemente incorruptível Pedro Proença fosse nomeado para um seu jogo e, em pleno defeso, fosse eleito o árbitro do ano, mercê das notas dadas pelos observadores de árbitros da Liga. No mínimo seria pouco abonatório para as capacidades obscuras do dito clube.

Se tudo tivesse começado à 32ª jornada deste último campeonato... Pedro Proença, diz-se por aí, é benfiquista, e parece não saber lidar com isso.

Sou Benfiquista mas não deixo de achar este árbitro como dos melhores que temos logo atrás do Pedro Henriques que só não ganhou porque passou metade da época lesionado!
Agora tb concordo que este árbitro não deveria ser nomeado para os jogos do Benfica tenta mostrar tanta imparcialidade que prejudica sempre o Benfica nisso o Pedro Henriques aguenta melhor a pressão.
Os culpados tb são os dirigentes que falam, a Liga que não os castiga e a comunicação social que puxa para o seu lado não sendo imparcial como deveria ser.
Não acham estranho sempre que o Pedro Proença é nomeado para um jogo do Benfica vêm o record relembrar o Benfiquismo do senhor...!

É um comentário muito desonesto...num jogo em que nao jogaram nada...perderam MUITO JUSTAMENTE...reclamam de um "penalty"...de um "ombro contra ombro"...

És mesmo imparcial rapaz, carga de ombro nas costas é um bocado esquisito mas sempre é melhor do que as cargas virtuais no levezinho (liedson) que o gajo até 2 voltas dá no ar!
Depois tenta ver tudo e não só o que te dá jeito . O penalty sobre o Mantorras não viste? só faltava as algemas para agarrar mais o homem e nem vou falar do resto tb nunca vais mudar só vês a tua cor!!
Clubite, esclarece-me, então mas essa do agarrar e das algemas não foi o Ricardo Rocha no Estoril-Benfica na Amoreira, perdão, Algarve ???? Tou baralhdo.....é lixado pá.
Essa tambémb foi claro, lá está, não custa nada admitir a diferença é essa!!!
A diferença é que nesse jogo em que houve um penalti cometido pelo Ricardo Rocha também houve 2 penaltis claros não assinalados a favor do Benfica, três expulsões perdoadas a jogadores do Estoril, mais o facto do golo do Estoril ter nascido de uma falta inexistente.
Nós sabemos que dói muito às osgas que a corrupção em Portugal tenha abrandado (note-se, abrandou mas não acabou, como ficou provado no Penafiel-Benfica).
No tempo da prostituição e dos quinhentinhos, na maioria das vezes ficaram em 3º ou 4º mas no final da época houve sempre motivos para festa porque o Benfica tinha perdido o campeonato à custa do roubo. E ainda ganharam dois campeonatos em 3 anos por filantropia dos mafiosos.
Agora, azar do caraças, a PJ começou a limpar isto e imaginem, logo no primeiro ano o Benfica é campeão. Preparem-se, porque seremos demolidores e vocês ainda acabam na II liga.
Este post é a apologia da estupidez e burrice.
Estes Benfiquistas andam mesmo estupidos, confundem tudo, querem fazer-nos acreditar que os outros foram beneficiados pela arbitragem, eles sempre prejudicados. Nao querem ver que a indignacao que se instalou no Pais, foi pelos roubos sucessivos de forma escancarada, levando a perguntar quem deu cobertura aos arbitros para agirem assim sem qualquer receio de serem castigados.
Nem ha medo ate porque LFV disse logo no inicio da epoca que era mais importante ganhar lugares na LIGA do que comprar jogadores.
Para a nova epoca estao a preparar o mesmo. Continuacao dos orgaos da Liga, APAF e querem o mesmo sistema. Jogadores nada, se calhar vao contratar o "arrastao" para a roubalheira ser completa.
O anónimo anterior nunca deve ter saído do buraco onde vive. Só assim se pode compreender que fale da indignação do país. Ó ressabiado: qual país? Por acaso tens consciência de que o o Benfica é maior do que todos os outros juntos, sejam eles médios ou pequenos?
Indignação? Por acaso até houve. Houve quando foram confirmadas as suspeitas que todos tínhamos há muito, no que concerne a prostituição, viagens, telefonemas, etc. É nesse contexto que se torna mais importante ter os lugares na Liga do que contratar bons jogadores. Se esses lugares na Liga impedirem que o Don Corleone escolha semanalmente os árbitros, então já estamos no bom caminho. É natural que os arguidos do Apito Dourado queiram o regresso ao sorteio, agora que não controlam o sector da arbitragem (embora controlem os árbitros, como ficou provados por Malquerenças, "El Mano" e outros que tais.
Sabemos que a corrupção no futebol português permitiu a um clube regional ganhar alguma coisa e fez com que o maior clube português passasse o maior jejum da sua história (passada e futura). Mas a limpeza começou vejam só:

O novo autor do BnR tenta iludir o seu lampionismo galopante através de textos enganadoramente neutros.
Mas no final abre-se todo: gosto muito do raciocínio infantil do género:
"IF benfica controlou o sistema THEN Proença não teria arbitrado e roubado (?!) o glorigozo"
Orá cá vai rápido (nem era preciso, de tão óbvio que isto é):
1 - Eu vi o Porto ser prejudicado aqui e ali alguns anos e controlar o sistema no resto do campeonato. Ás vezes é preciso disfarçar e o momento em que Proença arbitrou era um particularmente sensível, após o escândalo contra o belenenses em casa.
2 - Porque é que para defender o benfica e o seu título conquistado com grande brilhantismo se usa argumentos do tipo "os árbitros erram para todos os lados" mas por outro se caracteriza a actuação de Proença em Penafiel como "roubo"? Em que ficamos? Só é roubo quando é contra o benfica? E Proença, é afinal um bom árbitro ou não?
3 - Os lances de Penafiel são explicáveis à luz da má visibilidade. Já o penalty inventado contra o belenses é hilariante. São coisas diferentes.
4 - Proença está para o Benfica como Vitor Pereira para o Sporting.
Diga-se o que se disser:
- o Benfica não jogou boi este ano.
- Não teve um jogo que fique na memória colectiva como uma boa exibição, de encher o olho, na superliga ou europa.
- Foi sempre inferior nos confrontos com Porto e Sporting. A única vitória que teve nesses 4 encontros foi à custa do brinde do associado Ricardo e não de superioridade manifesta em campo.
- Foi mais beneficiado que os outros.
- Sabe-se agora que jogou contra um clube no estádio do Algarve do qual afinal o seu máximo responsável para o futebol ainda é proprietário em 40%.
Agora é mudar estes factos para FC Porto e estaria toda a lampionagem a gritar "sistema, roubo". Como foi o glorigozo não se passou nada.
Nada que admire. Eu sempre disse que no dia em que o benfica vencesse com roubos os adeptos iam fechar os olhos. Primeiro pq o benfica dos últimos 10 anos só lá ia com roubo. Segundo pq se há clube com adeptos habituados à lógica do chico-espertismo e da falcatruagem é o benfica da última década, assente em mafia, roubo e demais expedientes.
Levem lá a taça. E comecem a fazer é contas de quando virá a próxima.

Este assunto deixa-me cada vez mais triste com o nosso futebol , e acho que os média e os dirigentes são os principais culpados, noutros paises discutimos futebol em Portugal dizemos disparates sobre os arbritagem!!!
Não entendem que não vale a pena crucificar os arbritos e que a pressão sobre eles só prejudica a sua actuação!!
